I am 68 years old and the best times of my life were when I could forget all my worries and simply enjoyed my family. Spend this weekend with your family and Monday will be a bright day.

Perhaps a smart move if we fall all the way down to 4000. But I would never dare risk that. It is so hard to make successful trades.
We all acknowledge the supremacy of the underlying blockchain technology but, sad but true, we all also knew that it would be a risky investment. Hopefully for all of us with money that could be missed.
I was also thinkinf about deleting blockfolio from my phone, it will decrease the stress factor.
So stepping away from it and spend some quality with your deariest is a great idea.
It’s only money is a blunt statement but it is true.
