But it was not fun, when i vote someone, just voted up less then single cent!
I can't check my voting is works.
I think, It was the matter, steemit newbie was gone out like me.

There's no such error for you because you have already much more Steem Power than threshold that I'm writing about. Your vote does make a difference but sometimes it's too low to affect potential payout, when rounded to 1 cent. Especially when you take a look at it in early stage of voting.
This works and you can check it easily - you are actually getting curation rewards.
