Yeah, it's not new here. I couldn't find anything spelled out like this one, and I needed to learn it all for myself too. Since I like to teach, it was pretty intuitive to lay it out for others to learn without all the digging I had to do. Looks like a few minnows found it, so I think we can say mission accomplished.
