Everyone that is part of shadowbot has their posts added to what we call the "Shadow Pool" which is used by all members to up vote. We use a ranking called "Shadow Rank" which is recalculated daily for each member based on how well their posts over the previous 30 days have performed in combination with a few other factors.

Exactly! We are like a mining pool for steemit voting with a bunch of useful features thrown in to top it off!
