The cold-storage wallet or paper wallet is 99.99% secure wallet because you create the keys public key and private without internet connection and save it on paper pieces. this all process is through software can downloaded to your pc/device in zip,rare file and then extract it to safe position in your device and generate keys but first disconnect your device from internet and turn off the Wifi for security purpose.
