Thanks for that. Any and all feedback is appreciated, I'll be looking into every suggestion thoroughly. As for formatting, I lost much of my formatting when I pasted the FAQ into the "Submit a Story" box. I had to go through and manually change the formatting using Markdown, so I'm sure some things were missed.

what about posting the document.mkd on a gist, or somewhere? It would be easier to edit
