I want ask question @upme and @suggeelson

I have send 3.5 and 3.3 SBD

and I see my list from steembottracker.com

I should get vote power about 0.6X% but

I receive vote with 0.49% same power even I send 3.5 and 3.3 SBD.
Can you explain why this happen?
