Ah I thought so it did seem it stronger even it not full charge.
Yeah it's better overall so it doesn't need to be at fully charged, which actually kind of sucks because I thought that was the point, it would only be that much better if you could actually fully charge it.
What you mean like it for kill with no power full charge?
