RE: How Do You Feel When You Spend All That Time On A Post And It Earns A Cent?

in #steemit8 years ago (edited)

When my posts don't gain attention / upvotes (which they do not), I like to do value proposition analysis. Perhaps, I should have changed the wording, added a picture, or put the bottom line up front and then offered an explanation. In short, I try to emulate the success of others and adjust my input variables in hopes of realizing a better output.

That's this minnow's approach. No hard feelings just a systematic approach toward improvement.

Sort:

Has that earned you anything meaningful?

I don't believe I have had a long enough test period to have vetted this approach thoroughly for two reasons:

  1. I have only been on SteemIt for a little over a week. (Still Enjoying 1000* returns over the book of faces).

  2. I use SteemIt for approximately 1 hour a day.

In short, it will probably take me longer to ramp up than some other users. This is expected as my time is limited by work, 2hours of commute time a day and responsibilities to livestock on our farmstead.

Outside of SteemIt, I would say this logical systematic approach has been 100% effective in my experiences.

Good to know that. Steem on!

You as well! I do hope more SteemIt users consider trying the Continuous Improvement approach. It's a very interesting network / platform.
