I heard that is possible to get rewards every two says just by upvoting on steemit, is that true?
Yes. That is curation rewards. a curator decides where the rewards are to be distributed by voting. for this you will get rewarded for making those decisions. There are much higher rewards for creating new articles. This is logical since there is much more work in creating than just a simple vote. Keep in mind the rewards are based on how much you invested. If you invest nothing, then the return on your investment is still nothing. It is like investing in stock of a company. If you don't invest any money, then you can't expect to get dividends.
