Steem White Paper Translated into Chinese

Translation is done by professional translation company

After reading Steem White Paper I realized how great this idea is. China has many Cryptocurrency lovers. Chinese are coming! So I decided to translate this document into Chinese. But I have a day job, then I paid about 2000 USD letting the top translation company to do this for me.

Though this translation is made by professional company, anybody should submit suggestions here. https://github.com/asalei/steem-cn . Because they don't know blockchain and the translation may be inaccurate.

What I Have Done In the Last Week

Actually it's we. We are a group of shareware authors. We participated in a private forum since 2000. Now most of us left the shareware business, but we keep close relationship. Recently, most talked topic is blockchain and Steem.

We have done a lot in the past week:

• Translated the Steem White Paper into Chinese. It's released on Github .

• We start to transfer our Bitcoin to Steem. See our wallets. @abit's wallet , @laonie's wallet , @xiaohui , and mine . I even wrote a simple bot to buy Steem on Poloniex. Source code is on Github .

• A forum on steemchina.com for Chinese to discuss Steem.

• Many domains were registered, including steemit.cn, steem.cn, steemchina.com, steem.kr, steem,la, steem.sexy, steem.fr, steem.jp, steem.tw, steem123.com, etc.

• We built a Wechat group and QQ group to discuss our understanding of Steem and ideas to promote Steem to Chinese.

• Most of posts in Chinese are appeared in last ten days. The 'cn' tag remains top 4 now.

• Planning to write plugin to integrate Steem into Wordpress. See my post.

• @laoyao is wriiting a novel in Chinese .

Not easy to translate into Chinese. It's very complex process. Google translator is not that good but can get 60% done but sometime make no senses.

Google translate is not good at long articles, especially dor Chinese. Most western languages are similar, but English and Chinese are too diferent languages.
