Using Steemit Chat to share your new posts!

One thing that I am starting to notice on https://steemit.chat is that people are cool with sharing your links to your post.. to an extent!

Obviously nobody wants you spamming your stuff, but sharing in the right context seems to be okay so far..

If your interactive in the chat people will become interested in you because of what you say, and then be more willing to go upvote your stuff. (PLEASE DO NOT START "upvote for upvote" IN THERE OR IT WILL RUIN IT) Which brings me to my second point.

Be very cautious when using to @All:

I learned my lesson quickly when I first noticed the magical @all notification.. When @pfunk flagged my post, which he ended up un-doing after understanding that I did not realize the chaos that can start when using @all. (And I really appreciate him taking the time to do that!)

Lesson learned :D

But for anyone who is interested in actually chatting with your other Steemers/Steemians (I still don't know) then get on there and get involved in the conversations!

Bonus info!

This can quickly change, but I am noticing some Trending posts that are posted in the chat right after being posted.. So if you earn by curating new posts then that is definitely one place to look for new content to curate ;D

As always let me know what you think, and feel free to leave your own links in the comments below!

I agree w/ this message :)

I didn't knew that there is an @all version. It's hard to catch the posts even in the postpromotion. There are so many.

Thanks for the reminder about SteemitChat.

I'll take you up on the offer to post a link with a relevant post that I've written, on how graph theory can help us grow the Steemit network - basically it's all about those connections. And Steemit Chat is a great way to make more of them.

Yo that's my logo design , for a different chat app ;) well my app is pointing there now but still
