@steevc, I understand that the amendments I made in this post occurred after your reply here, so I understand if you'd rather grant your delegation to those who would use it to flag abusers. Totally your prerogative (obviously). But keep me in mind should you find this initiative to your liking, because every bit really does count here, IMO.
I'd still support you. You have principles I can get behind. I can't use all my voting power, so I delegate to others who can help out
