Steemit soldiers commander by 5-star generals @good-karma @sweetsssj @Someguy123 @dollarvigilante @officialfuzzy @craig-grant @jerrybanfield @theprophet0 and others invaded the continent. Facebook cordinated the defence line of the Social media against the invading forces of SteemIt. The fight became fierce and the Defenders had the support of the masses. The battle had lasted so many months and looked like victory was certain for the Defenders- Social media championed by Facebook.

Just then, at the right time SteemIt released her weapon of mass destruction, "STEEM". SteemIt not only promised fun of socializing but also why people do what they do best, they receive rewards. This weapon had a grave effect. In no time there arose internal conflicts within the supporters of the defending social media. They lost public opinion and the battle shifted sides in favour of the Invader.
January, 2018
Tension continues to grow within the camp of the defenders as more people escaped into the camp of the Invaders. The Defenders sought the help of the world Government. Regulations were put in place, people feared! Is the war about to switch sides again. Oh!!! just then again the power of decentralization deloyed by the Invaded helped to stabilizer its defence line as it continued to defeat the Defenders at all fronts.

After 2years and 9months, the big names in the social media bowed to the authority of SteemIt. SteemIt invaded their headquaters and took hostage the army. To signify her victory, a SteemIt Colonel named @stevenomole was given the honour to errect the SteemIt flag at the centre of the continent.
December, 2018
In 6months of intensive construction by @dreamchasser and fellow generals in the African community, SteemIt establish herself as the major social media of the continent.
