Wrong. Once you vote the voting power for that vote is fixed and does not vary when you vote on other things it is the power of your next vote that changes not your PREVIOUS votes. That would make absolutely no sense.

It is the VALUE of the vote (not power) that varies based on the price of STEEM and the total votes cast that day (since the amount of Steem to be distributed is fixed and the number of votes are not).
