I created a short list of twelve questions every cryptocurrency swing trader must answer before beginning each trade, as not following this rule WILL cost a lot of money.
Here goes
Is the coin/token live or active?
What number block is it at in the total blockchain life?
Is there a community supporting it?
What major news released in the past week for that token and how price reflected sentiment?
Is there enough volatility?
Is volatility showing irregularities based on historical view?
What is the market capitalization?
What is the daily volume?
If it should suddenly dip against your favour while you are in possession, will it bounce back?
What is the best time to enter (pre-spike) and exit (during spike)?
How much you are willing to lose and gain
What future events will affect the market whether directly or indirectly?
