The video is not only about that. Especially since intelligent people understand what they mean.
The best part of the video is when he says "Small minds talk about people, mediocre minds talk about events, and great minds talk about ideas." Then immediately starts talking about me. I literally LOL when he said that. Brings me to tears everytime someone shares it.
