That is basically because you are a new user and you need to collect power with postings.
From the begining on you have not much resource credits. This is the power you will need to post and comment. It is basically like in a game. By posting and receiving upvotes - you are collecting more and more of Steem Power and also Resource Credits.

But don't worry for now!!!
I just delegated you some Steem Power - so you don't need to take care of the RC anymore :)
When you have enough for your own I will remove this delegation of course ^^

And one additional tipp: take care a bit about your voting power. It shall not get under 50% because it is way less worth than over 50% :)

Bono it depends on your content. If you create awesome content - you will raise your steem power much faster and in 2 months you can have much more than 200 steem power :)
