Looking Ahead: ETH and ERC20 tokens

There is a growing contingent of governmental entities who orchestrate these systematic attacks meant to slow or halt the crypto adoption rate. Just reading the myriad of news stories that continuously comes across the wire makes it clear to see that the impact of crypto is yet unclear, but worrisome at a minimum.

Ethereum may continue to see more downside price action due to fears of being pulled into a legal quagmire when it comes to how it is regarded by US securities law. ERC20 tokens would be in the same boat should there be a negative development or announcement be made. EOS appears to have considered these pitfalls from the onset and may be positioned to benefit immensely as the EOS team has amassed a monstrous stack of ETH which could later be liquidated in an unfriendly manner.

Recently, there have been a lot of reports regarding the YouTube censoring channels as well as Google censoring results as well. The writing is on the wall as it's just a matter of time before the masses migrate away from these platforms that wish to replace free thought and speech with whatever those that control those organizations wish. Steemit (and DTube) as well as other similar platforms are the future. STEEM has been a valuable savings mechanism for me... should I have kept more along the way, yes... should you? Well, that is up to you!
