Decentralized social network Steemit continues to develop its  activity in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Despite his youth project, the  social platform announced the first public event. Conference SteemFest  will be held from 11 to 13 November in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
A three-day conference, rotating around the platform Steemit seem  quite unusual. Despite the fact that the social platform there is only a  few months, its user base has grown substantially. Rewarding users for  publications and online voting, financial incentives seem to have paid  off, and interest in the platform continues to grow.
All this resulted in the first Steemit-oriented conference under the  title SteemFest. Thanks to the constantly growing number of active users  from Europe, SteemFest will be held in Amsterdam. During the conference  attention will be focused on various topics related to Steemit  cryptocurrencies. Everyone who participates will receive 1 000 Steem  Power, as a thank you for their support.
Organizer SteemFest Roland Largent (Roeland Landegent) said:
"The goal SteemFest is to strengthen the incredible energy Steemit  and to create an environment where you will be able to gather diverse  groups of people. We will be able to develop new relationships, gain new  knowledge and discuss the endless possibilities of the blockchain  Steemit for blogging, applications, and business.
The potential of the blockchain Steem is really endless. This is  something that will lead to further global adoption of the platform".
Although it is not clear how many visitors will be at this event, the  organizers hope that the figure will be at least two hundred people.  Ticket price not yet announced, so it is still unknown how expensive it  will be participating in the event. More detailed information on all  questions regarding the conference should be expected in the coming  days.
