Yeah but it changed STEEM the wrong way, vote buying is not good for the platform and all the projects inspired by this are not better. At least @berniesanders recognized that and ended randowhale.
@berniesanders was just the voting proxy I thought. Rando was created by @nextgencrypto, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
