There's a 3rd party chat system with SteemIt - however, our group in Discord has a built in chat function/system.
Hi! Great to meet you! Click this link https://discord.gg/TCx82Ay download the discord app to your desktop, then register in the chatrooms. It's easiest if you use the same name there as you do here, that way you are easy to find :)
Once you are in simply introduce yourself in the general chat room and you will be welcomed with open arms :) Can't wait to see you!
