but what if i want to sell unused votingpower? for example, someone could set 97% vp here and 98% for a vote seller. but now this idea might no longer work if you give away the range between 97 and 98 percent anyway, so you no longer reach 98 to make money! is that really a good idea to decide what you do with unused vp? i mean, this should be the user's business, not yours.

Hmmm...yes it makes sense with your sp....but most of the members have very little sp, so they can´t sell it.
But I think can implement a command the lets each menber decide for them self. Mening if you don´t give out random votes, you dont get any.
I will look at it, but it might not before a week or so.
