RE: DO RESTEEMING AND MENTIONING actually work well? Are those efficient ways of building reach and exposure on Steemit?

This is how I work.

I try to answer who commented me.
I check out who mentioned me and I visit most of these posts.
I visit people who commented/upvoted me and I don't know.

I visit everyone who sent me a memo.

Resteeming:
I think #share2steem is more interesting as just resteeming since a post shows up at different places.

I still resteem if I like a post or... if I need it to leave a comment later on.

To be honest I don't know if it helps the ones their posts I resteem. I do not see it as spam and I do read resteemed posts. I just find it hard if someone is commenting me or up voting and that steemian is only resteeming or is mainly doing so. It takes a lot of scrolling to find an own written post.

Also resteeming makes it impossible for me to find my own posts back. I can only see a few posts the rest is seldom loading.
