Most begin off posting content, asking why they are not getting any perspectives/remarks/likes. So they glance around, get some answers concerning something many refer to as "offered bots". So they get some STEEM to utilize it for the advancement of their post. And afterward, all of a sudden somebody gripes under their post that they shouldn't utilize advancement.
