Your version of events as opposed to his (which obviously I've not heard). Maybe, he'll drop by and 'fess up to everything. Maybe he'd say something totally different on the other hand. Maybe you're in it together (even).

So, it's hard for anyone to really know what happened without more evidence and hearing both sides of the story. If everything is exactly as you say it is, move on and pick your friends more carefully in the future? It does sound like a horribly naive thing for you to have done - letting him keep the keys if that is indeed what happened. But I guess people like that do actually exist.
The world's full of shitbags though so if you don't want to keep getting mugged off, you're going to have to wisen up. Sooner or later.

Once more, good luck.

And it's almost like it's a 'made-for-steemit' drama if you don't mind me saying. I mean, the photos you've posted....

Edit: And let's face it, you lost pennies.

@zool237 The pictures were taken during my first month on steemit and yes, I was very passionate about it and excited (the reason I posted these particular ones). What's wrong with that? Also, it's NOT about the money to me, at all! That's not the point! Self-worth is a better word I guess! As far as me being naive, you were right about that, as I had never even heard the word Cryptocurrency at that point in time, or Blockchain for that matter. I didn't quite understand the whole KEYS thing and the importance of them, other than do not lose them!

I am confused you said you have poured over a year into this.

@simplegame I meant to say almost a year sorry, and yes I will definitely spend a little more time researching things before I jump into then from now on!
