I was MIA most of last week, partly because work was taking most of my time, and I had no energy for more computer time in the evenings, and partly because of dear friend and BJJ teacher Ray was here. Check out the video to see what we were up to this past week.

    Really enjoyed this, which I watched just after coming back from kickboxing and MMA. The session on the beach looked fun and I loved the trick he played with the belts!
