Teaching students in a fun way is our duty as teachers. Various efforts should be done to create a fun atmosphere in the classroom, so that students can learn comfortably. One of the things that teachers have to possess is mastering a number of teaching skills. Possessing up-to-date teaching skills is a must for us to lead our students learn the actual things with their learning goals.
However, the fact is that in the teaching process many teachers do not have actual technical skills in teaching classroom lessons. For some reason, most teachers are only proficient in administrative skills, not technical skills that can increase their teaching to students. Therefore, in this article I want to write some tips that can be done by teachers to create a fun learning between students and teachers in the classroom.
The first, teachers must have awareness to enrich teaching literacy. That is, learn a lot of things related to teaching, whether it is a method of teaching, techniques, models, and teaching strategies fitting with the needs of students today. By understanding various teaching literacy, it is ensured that our teaching as teachers will not be monotonous and boring, but it will be fun and dynamic. One of the teaching models that teachers can learn is teaching that involves current technologies . With this model is expected students will be more creative and enthusiastic in learning.
The second, teachers should provide opportunities for students to be involved in the design of learning. Although this is still not commonly applied, but student involvement in this case will be very interesting to implement. Students are given to know how and what they should learn. That way, they will be more responsible for themselves than they just accept what is only given by the teacher
The third, utilizing the available media as a support of the learning process. Basically, the media is used to facilitate the delivery of learning materials to students, so that a variety of relevant media can be used by teachers while teaching. No need to use expensive and luxurious media, but teachers must be creative in utilizing the available media. In fact, teachers can collaborate with students to create creative learning media with recycling methods.
The fourth, do not just study in the classroom, but the teacher should invite students to study in the outdoor where students are given the opportunity to interact directly with the object. This learning model is usually called contextual learning, which is students directly involved with what is learned. As one example, when students learn about animals, it is good that the teacher holds a learning at the zoo where students can see directly what they are learning. Learning in this way will be fun and challenging for students.
