Once when I was a university student, in a career class a professor recommended the group in which I found that "anyone who wants to learn to write and write correctly should read the newspaper every day" there was a student who told him that if he could read the regional newspapers and ensiguida he said no because they had many errors, that it was better to read the nationals. From here I wonder where the word comes from, and the periodic word comes from the Latin periodic (something that recurs at regular intervals) and this from the Greek περιοδικός, derived περιοδός (path around, round, cycle, time period), and composed of: the suffix -τικός (tikos = relative to) that we find in words like: chromatic, Hermetic and Hippocratic.
