There are circumstances in the life of a child or adult in which the organism performs in an unspecified manner according to the stimulus and responsibility of the individual; in these cases we say that the person suffers from stress.

The causes that provoke stress are generally indeterminate situations that produce an erosion of the organism. Stress responds to situations of pressure, changes, demands and remains that the person faces every day, which produce anxiety, irritability, depression, etc.

The current society has placed the human being in a conflictive situation due, in part, to the technological advances, which have varied the standards of life. Life, especially in big cities, has become very demanding; Time as a factor of life is short for all the demands of modern life. This has created a situation of imbalance that translates emotionally and physically into so-called psychosomatic diseases.

Stress can be caused by several causes:
• In the family: economic pressures, individual differences not accepted, concerns for situations of the community, the country or the world.

To reduce stress situations we must:

• Prepare adequately for the performance of a job according to our skills and abilities.
• Improve physical and respiratory capacity.
• Perform relaxation techniques, internally examine the vision of body and spirit.

When stress situations arise we can:
