the bible, business and the steemchurch farm

first of all we must know what thebible talss about business and the emphasis it laid about farming

genesis 1:29

And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.

2 Timothy 2:6

It is the hard-working farmer who ought to have the first share of the crops

God has a great plan for man but man some times is unable to utilise the opportunity, have you ever wondered how the birds feed left alone man who is created on his own image ,from critical observation of the earth you will understand that the earth is structured to feed us its the main purpose of the soil before any other technological outburst.

Psalm 104:14

You cause the grass to grow for the livestock and plants for man to cultivate, that he may bring forth food from the earth.

here you see that it was Gods intention for us to till the ground and make food out of it and make use of all which he has created

Genesis 2:15

The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it.

its now clear that he gave man the total dominion over all he created. to do with it as he wishes, now this brings animals into the equation, for if he gave us lands to cultivate and gave us animals to eat from that means we must continue to keep those animals in existence in other to make use of them or to eat from them and there is no other way to do that rather than rearing them.
