Poor you! Picking up old gum has to be gross! I do agree they should have a separate team come in considering you aren't paid well enough to do that stuff. You have such a positive outlook on things though. I admire that in you.

Only because I need the money. If I could make enough money just here on this site or by my writing I definitely would not return to that restaurant. I'm hoping that's what the future holds.
