RE: All Fats Are So Bad? – Learn what are the "good" fats and improve your health

I only eat fats from animals, fish or nuts...I avoid highly processed vegetable fats.

Could you leave links to the information you wrote your article from? It's helpful to use citations from scientific papers. You can cite the information your found for your article from other articles, it makes your article more believable and also you need to provide links to where you accessed your photo. People can start to research on their own.

Your articles will not make a lot of rewards until you start referencing the info in your article, citing sources and sources of photos.

Hi red, for this article i use my own information and definitions from different sites in my native language, i mean is not 100% original but 70% yes. read again you maybe will find some mistakes in gramatic because is my own contents. Regards dear red

I am not saying this article is not your own but when we write articles like this we cite the sources we got our information from using links to the articles. Like who said omega 3 is good for you? What article did you read that said this and give a link to that article.
