Arrogant frog
In a pond, frogs live with animals such as fish, shrimp, crabs and others. A frog always feels stronger than other animals because it can jump ashore for a long time. He can also dive like a fish. All pool residents already know that. However, he always boasted of his ability so that other animals do not like it.
On a sunny day they were gathering.
"I make a challenge, from all of you who can jump ashore for a long time?" Challenged the frog.
Audience silence.
"Or make the loudest sound. If there is something louder then he will be the greatest here."

"You can't possibly compete with my abilities."
Everyone was sick of hearing the frog's vanity.

Hearing the arbitrariness of frogs, many animals grumble. They want to fight but do not dare. then they can only nod.
At that time suddenly there was a bull approaching the pond. When he was about to drink water he groaned very loudly. His voice made the pool water rippling. This sound is also heard by all animals in the pond.

"Frog, there was an animal with a very loud voice. He must be the best animal. If you can teach him I'm sure we will all agree to make you a leader and we will obey all your wishes."

Frog feels offended. He was angry because there were other animals that were better.

The frog takes a deep breath and inflates its body even bigger.

The frog keeps on raising his body. Every time he tried to grow he always asked if it was as big as the size of a bull. but all animals always say their size is smaller.
Until the last inhalation he had reached the maximum size and all the muscles had been able to enlarge again so that it exploded. The frog dies because of its arrogance.
Moral value
- In our life we may not arrogant. Our arrogant make the other hate us. Although they don't say it in front of us, we know they don't like it.
- Do everything as our ability. Don't too force because we have maximum measurement.
- Don't like to be insulted the other. It mak them hurt.
Jadi ingat anak perempuan saya semasa kecil. Ketika selesai saya sampaikan dongeng ini, ia langsung membantah: "Tidak mungkin kodok meletus, memang ia balon."
Dulu saya sering mendengar dongeng ini, tapi tidak pernah mengkritisinya. Anak-anak sekarang meresapi dongeng dari sudut yang berbeda.
