That's true. Keeping in charge in the television is a must for a parent. It should have a proper balance between T.V. time and playtime. I have 18months child and he gets you tube every other day with not more than 1.5 hrs a day. I let him play with his toys, or i just let him get bored and he always finds entertain himself.
