I hope everything goes well for you.
I was not sure what style of bag carrying to choose because I use all of those 5 listed in the video ... and some more. Like hanging by bag on the left shoulder and keep it on my left side.
My reflection is that the way I carry my bag is contextual. As a matter of fact, the way I do most of my doings is ecosystem responsive and spotting out one variable says not much about my personality.
I do give credit to the video for its incentive to pay attention to the details, especially when it’s about yourself: mindful awareness.
