So is the motto of @berniesanders who claims my comments which make points and ask questions and my posts, which do much the same though are always different, are spam. This is despite the fact his posts, comments, and his bots automated always the same comment, always self voted, comments are the official steemit definition of spam.
Whales in general are not good for steemit, but from what I have seen and am now personally experiencing the most harmful person on steemit, whale or not, is the tyrant @berniesanders who is incapable of talking to someone without spamming them, downvoting them, and calling them a bitch.
Imagine you are in fight with someone. You might not know why it actually happened and of course it's easy to assume the other person is wrong.
However, if the other person is more powerful than you, do you want to keep up the situation by posting on something like this?
I'm not saying you have to accept his actions, but you need to understand he can downvote users if he wants to - just like any single one of us can do that. Bernie just has more SP than most of us do.

If this was a real fight, in the real world, then this fight never would have happened, he hides behind anonymity and only attacks the weak.
At least in the past he was also attacking haejin, I'm not sure if he's doing that any longer, but I do not consider haejin being weak. However I do see your point and I read the posts you made about this earlier.
You are of course free to do whatever you like, but I've had success in the past handling flaggers by leaving them to be and avoiding to continue the flagging with own actions.

best thing to do is not talk about him or post about him or say anything that might offend him or give him a reason to flag you, you might lose all your upvotes and followers cause he will threaten them too for upvoting you and maybe in the end you can get a buck a post too for posting stuff no one wants to see but him but atleast you wont be censored dealing with him every day for months non stop.
