HAPPY WORKING ENVIRONMENT
People need to work to sustain their living. As an employee , it is not always how much earnings do we receive that matters, there are other factors that we consider. In my case being an employee i choose to have a happy environment and co employees that easy to deal with, salary wise is second priority . Happy working environment help me more productive and create a good relationship with other employees.
It is nice to work when we are surrounded with people who push us to achieve our goal, who challenge us and make us laugh and happy working . It is always a great feeling that we do our best , and don't stop even nobody gives us the credit , as long as we are doing our BEST .
