It is a pleasure to participate in this contest because one of my passions is cooking. I like this recipe because it is easy to prepare, it is a very juicy and rich sandwich, due to the combination of flavors.
Without further ado, I show you this Majestic Sandwich.
Mix the ground pork with the beef and season with salt, then proceed to make some balls with this mixture.
Next, place this mixture of meat in a round mold and place it on the grill for cooking
Once cooked for cooking, it is placed on the sandwich and later it is accompanied with cheese, egg, chorizo, bacon, ham, guasacaca, tomato, onion and the basic sauces (Tomato, mayonnaise, and mustard).
