How easy it is to get lost here on Steemit.
You can liken Steemit to the sea with planktons, Minnows and whales in it. A whale being its big self is easily seen- come on, where could it possibly hid?!. Makes you wonder happens to the planktons and minnows.

About Today
The amazing thing about Steemit School is that it is not limited to the online space. It is as much offline as it is online.
Steemit School Nigeria is growing real fast and reaching a lot of people, teaching them about Steemit. This is because Steemit School is not just a school. It is a movement.
Today, together with other members of Steemit School Nigeria Team- @ericdyce, @admab, @mistakili, @tomilolafadipe, @olumideolowoyeye and @trillex- we held an offline class at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
@ericdyce gave an overview of Cryptocurrency and Steemit as a Social media. He gave insights to how Steemit works and how one can make Steem dollars which can be exchanged for naira.
@Trillex talked about Introductions and tags, the importance of making comments and replying comments, and also reward, redeeming, reward analysis and Steempower.
@mistakili gave a lesson on Withdrawal, powering up and powering down.
@nwamaka talked on markdown, referencing, flaging, downvoting, and plagiarism. What to do and not do on Steemit.
@olumideolowoyeye talked about discord and other tools such as Steemsupply, Steemd, that help make your Steemit experience better and easier.
@tomilolafadipe took the last lecture of the day on live school, investment and training.
At the end of it all, we assisted a number of people register on steemit. It is always a wonderful day when you are adding to the community.
