This piece was inspired by the idea that pain is necessary in our lives, for it gives us the opportunity to grow in new ways.
It's not always easy... but if you look carefully... you will see that in some way, all pain in your life has been rewarding in some way...
If you do not find that to be true,
Just look a little harder for that silver lining.

Pain is Power
Listen…
This is without doubt going to be the most painful part of your life so far..
Whilst pain can be uncomfortable,
At times beyond excruciating -
It presents you with the most potent possibility for perpetual personal power, progression and growth you will ever know…
It's an opportunity for expansion.
For evolution -
For great changes to take place.
Believe it or not…
But there is a silver lining to this grey cloud you’ve found gathered around you,
the one that seems to be suffocating you...
Spoiling the view.
Trust me,
It’s true…
There’s a really good reason why this is all happening to you…
There’s a crazy storm ahead,
But you have to see it through.
Because on the other side of it all is where your true bounty awaits
It’s…
All a part of your fate.
Sometimes shit happens…
And we may get irate,
Irritated,
Angry,
Damn right furious...
Screaming out to the heavens,
Cursing God -
"Why…
OH WHY?!
Why would you do this to me?!"
But save your breath…
This isn’t over yet…
There’s more to tell,
This is an ongoing story.
You may be in pain right now,
But it will lead you to your glory.
If you let it,
Your pain can cause you to excel
Or if you let it,
Your pain can be your living hell…
It’s up to you what you choose to do with it.
Yes -
This is your story to tell.
Will you let this drag you down,
Defeat you,
Pummel you into the ground?
Or will you spread your wings,
Taking flight,
and let your pain boost you to ever-greater heights?
