I am so excited and honored to be a part of THIS INCREDIBLE CONTEST devised and facilitated by the legend that is @d-pend.
Today's piece is inspired by the desire I have for movement.
After returning to England after a long-break away, I now know for sure that this is not the place I want to make a life for myself.
I need to keep moving, keep exploring, keeping stepping out of my comfort zone and in to the unknown...
Looking forward to seeing what awaits me there :)

Why Stay?
Flew the nest.
Found brighter days,
Passed every test.
So soon reminded,
Just how Blessed
I am to be.
Yes…
Just To Be.
How did I get so lucky?
What else is possible?!
I know there’s no end.
Now I’ve come home,
I’m pulled to leave again.
Because really -
Why would I stay?
Under clouds -
Forever-Grey.
With so many much nicer places to be,
Why would I stay in this misery?
I mean while I’m here I’ll still do what I can,
To shine some light on this dark, gloomy land,
To bring tribes together by joining their hands,
To speak with such love that their hearts will expand,
With a composure and clarity that all understand.
But I won’t stay here long...
Adventure Awaits.
I’m plotting and planning to -
Make My Escape.
To meet my own fate,
By leaving the zone,
A date with my destiny -
Into the unknown.

Oh I know this feeling well, I have always got itchy feet if I stay somewhere too long. For me movement keeps me sane xx
Yeah me too... I'm excited... to see where this mindset and way of life will take me! Good times ahead I feel.. big shifts!
