Firstly, I would make a good correction to the understanding of steem. Steem unlike most blockchain is a social platform. Enough knowledge is needed to understand what we are promoting so we can know how to promote it.
We could compare Steem with other social media like Facebook, twitter and the likes. Development comes with a change, STEEM is a development and crypto currency is a change of in our means of payment. Many humans would feel good to be appreciated for making quality post or an original research. Financial benefit is enough a reason for attraction to join the steem movement. This is the first social platform built on the blockchain that comes with more financial benefits.
A post made a social media like Facebook which is used in most part of the world is a great medium to reach out to the public. A sponsored advertisement on a you tube channels can invite more interested people. There are many ways of making money, but those many ways do not come so easy as steem. A conversation could be another medium of reaching out to a closed group of people. There is no limit to what you can achieve on the steem blockchain. Even steemit is another way of promotion, even to encourage those who are new to them and need careful instructions, this too is promotion.
Lastly, a visible and random means for reaching out to targeted member of the public using the Radio stations, Television adverts, site ads, distribution of informative handouts. Those social activities we engage ourselves in can be a major means of promotion. Communication is an everyday activity! Through communication comes information. People need reliable information to get to know more about the steem blockchain. Just as it is said “Use what you have to get what you want”. This is more like steem’s mission statement.
