SteemLand to have more updates and progress this month as well as voting on steem posts through the website!

Just a quick update. Have uploaded hundreds of pictures related to Steemfest to present a place in a virtual world that may be visited to revisit Steemfest there and potentially a virtual Steemfest. This may depend on how many are interested at the same time due to different time zones and of course higher graphic capability needed to view virtual worlds through a viewer which many users do not have or need for other things.

For those that are interested you will be able to visit SteemLand in the virtual world of YrGrid and look at many pictures from steemit.com posts with your avatar through a viewer in the virtual world. Think this may prove helpful and useful to some. Just not exactly sure who and for what yet. Some ideas will be implemented over the course of month and SteemLand will start as a quarter of a sim to try some things out and see how much interest there is. Over time SteemLand will explore getting a whole sim with the possibility of renting / selling land in SteemLand to interested users.

Anyone that is interested may have art and photography featured in the virtual world. Maybe steem(it) related businesses and projects as well. Could set up shops or something like trade shows where numerous areas could be used to present different people and ideas. Then users could visit SteemLand and see all these things with an avatar which can be an easier way of looking at many things at once. Then click on what they are interested for more information.

Pictures will be linked to websites and of course steemit.com pages. Users may also be rewarded bitcoin for clicking on pictures / objects in SteemLand. This will be a way to reward users especially newer users and give them an easier way to earn some bitcoin, steem, steem dollars, and/or steem power.

Many ideas will be continually explored. Thank you to the many people in the community who have asked me not to give up on this challenging project. I hope that one day it will find the right people and value to prove worth while.

SteemLand will also be offering to give away free bitcoin and steem to anyone interested that may come play games as well.

The website of steemland.com will have added features since a way to add working voting buttons has recently discovered and made available! Will use this feature to offer a potential mix of advertising, featuring posts of other projects being worked on, and potentially some form of game. Exploring some ideas of a simple game that may utilize this voting button feature and reward players for playing!

Please feel free to visit Steem_Land on twitter if interested.

Steem earned from this post will go towards the future of SteemLand
