Today when I saw a recommendation for Travala, I signed up right away.
What is Travala?
Travala is an online agency where you can pay by paypal, credit card or 20 cryptos. All these cryptos are being shown in the image of this post. Basically you can get loyalty rewards based on the amount of your AVA tokens. For example if you hold 500 AVA, you will get a loyalty reward for each booking of 1%. If you hold 1000 AVA tokens, you are entitled to rewards of 2% and the maximum reward is up to 5%. Plus you are also entitled to obtain direct discounts. It also counts with affirmation that this will help you to enjoy better prices in accommodation than other mainstream booking sites.
The advantage of this crypto is that it will likely increase its value, so you will likely to be benefitted in your local fiat.
So, why I do it?
Because I travel. During the next 2 months I will be staying at least in 2 hotels at least for 2 or 3 days. And I would like to visit my parents to Europe where I’ve been to in the last century (year 1997). I haven’t seen my mother for two years, so I will have to go in 2020 or 2021.

Before I used some other booking services and I had pretty good experience with them. For example on my last trip I paid a 5 star hotel in San Miguel de Allende, which I really recommend you if you visit Mexico for 45 USD per night, while the regular price at the hotel was around 420 USD. So when you travel, booking online and hunting for travel bargains may be really convenient.
I haven’t used this service before but the alliance with Booking.com implies quality and service assurance for any traveler.
If you travel to Mexico, and you want to get the best prices on accommodations, I personally recommend you to travel in February or March (avoid Holly Week because it’s the highest season), the second half of May, June, October and November. Mexico offers a wide variety of lot of places to go: Mexico City, Cancun, Acapulco, San Miguel de Allende, Mérida, Chitchen Itza, Oaxaca, Puebla, San Cristobal de Casas and other places.
