Almost a month ago, a question similar to this had been circulated; that time the price of Steem is around 0.30 usd. I have seen few major investors that bought steem as early as when it dropped to around $0.20.
At that time, I already thought that it was a good time to invest since Steem is considerably discounted. Knowing that it could go up to a dollar in a few months time, I would say that it is really a good investment.
On top of that, at this current market price for steem, there are a bunch of new development that is making the ecosystem an exciting place to be in. One of them is the creation of Tribes that are powered by the Steem-Engine tokens. Few of the recent Tribes that are creating their own market are Steem Coin Pan, Palnet, Steem Leo, & Sports Talk.
And now that Steem's price has dropped even further, I may sound like a broken record, but I would say this again - it's a "better " time to invest.

I believe that it is the best time to invest in Steem. The community is growing together with the use cases for it. Tribes is also a game changer for the old steem. Happy investing!
