So... tournaments will soon we fully embedded into Steem Monsters website. This is nice! I hope that will also make the participation grow and see more people than the usual battle in them. True, I haven't played many tournaments myself...
I'll think they'll have a positive influence. I bet some players of SM didn't even know there were manually organized tournaments since December. Plus the convenience to have everything in one place instead of in three.
The roadmap for Steem Monsters includes a few surprises, at least for me. I've talked about them on my main account yesterday.
What I began to wonder is what effect will have the coming card delegations to the buy/sell market.

Will more people keep their cards wanting to delegate at a later time, so the offer on the market will drop or the prices will increase? For now prices dropped a bit, but that's because they are in US Dollars, and STEEM price grew a bit lately, but again missed the waves from yesterday (which is ok if it's just a hype, not ok if it keeps going up).
The prospect of tying cards of a token which will trade, will make it possible to ask for cards at a certain price. Then the offer and demand sets in. That's a big improvement compared to today, when only sellers make the market.
Will look at these changes with interest. Don't even know how to think of the "guild" wars. :)
