Sort:  

normally healing is 1/3th of the original health. Peaceful giant with 17 lives gets 5-6 lives when healed but black dragon only has 4 lives at start and shouldn't get more than 2 lives when healed...

I guess the explanation is that 'normal' monsters cannot have a higher health scores than their original health anyway. Therefore for example the peaceful Giant receives +6 heal.
However, monsters with Life Leech, can have much higher health scores than their original healthes and thus higher healing scores.

That's what I feared, haha! :)
But I knew the risk before publishing this post, so now I have to live with it. The wish to share this fascinating fight was stronger than the warning voice which told me to keep the idea to myself (and only use it in some big tournaments). :)
