When? What? How?
One of the newest features of Steem Monsters are challenges, which means you are able to challenge any player for a d-d-d-duell.
While automatic tournaments are going to be released in early January, this doesn't stop us from creating manual tournaments.
And to celebrate the coming holidays, regardless if you're celebrating Christmas, you have now 3 tournaments, one per day.
Maybe you just need some time away from the family for a few hours or you want to win some hard STEEM.
Regardless what your motivation is, you are invited!

Level Limits & Allowed Cards
If you're wondering, what these levels limits & allowed cards mean - no worries. Once you've headed to https://steemmonsters.com/ and then click on BATTLE > CHALLENGE, you'll see an overview.
If you have cards above a limit, they will automatically be downgraded.
How To Play
Once it's your time to fight, do the following:
1.) Head over to https://steemmonsters.com/ and click on BATTLE > CHALLENGE.
2.) Enter your opponents name, the specified level-limits & allowed cards.
3.) Click on Send
4.) The battle result will be checked and added to the tournament's board by @crystalhuman.
If you're part of the TOP 4 spots, in the end, you'll win a share of the 100 STEEM prize pool.
I hope that many of you are able to fight for glory and STEEM in these tournaments.
If you win, make sure you'll invest the STEEM in a smart way -- for example by buying Steem Monsters packs ;)

Theres something goes wrong in Round two.
I challenged buritica and must wait for 10 minutes, but I got no battle with buritica. But buritica get 0 points, and I get -1 point.
Here is the transaction:

also I can't find a steem Monsters transaction for buritica at that time https://steemd.com/@buritica.
So why buritica wins the second round?
I just discovered that @crystalhuman reported the win. But how can that be? Why do I lose if @buritica doesn't accept the challenge which I started within the 10 minutes and @buritica also doesn't start an other challenge?
OK, I'm logged into Steemit, Steem Monsters and the Tourney's page. How will I know when it's time for my tourney battle(s)?
And do we have to pick the opponents, I'm trying it today Dec 25.
When I did it yesterday, the opponent was given to me, and that person sent me a battle request. It was interesting. The battle itself was pretty much the same as any other battle, ending with me getting my ass kicked ;)
