I knew I could transfer the DECs to the steem engine, sell them there and buy beta packs there as well.
yean and often enough you get the beta packs for a little cheaper

Yep. I knew that but I save my DEC for potions. Don't know why really since the last set of cards I opened had even fewer legendaries and golds than if I'd had no potions at all. I opened 39 packs and got 1 low value legendary and 7 common golds. 😢
I assume it happens to other people as well but you don't see that much because mostly people post their brilliant hauls., In fact some just sent me a "look what I got message" without potions that contained a hydra, reynnyn and a gold SOF. 😢
I have noticed the same thing, even with gold and legend boost potion im not getting much
